					<description>When I first read this title I thought it was a Xinhua headline in the spirit of their recent &lt;a href="http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2007-03/29/content_5914498.htm" rel="nofollow"&gt;Official: China has no racial discrimination&lt;/a&gt;, but then I looked at the bottom of my computer screen to the big red sticky note I left for myself, "Don't forget, today is April Fool's Day!!!"</description>
